For the third consecutive year, the Branch Chamber of Woodworking and Furniture Industry (BCWFI) and the University of Forestry, organized a joint campaign " Acquaintance with the profession " on the occasion of the opening of the academic year.

The focus of the event was on the presentation of the branch to the faculty students: "Forest Industry", its various possibilities for realization, high technology and attractiveness.

The Chairman of BCWFI – Mr. Galin Gospodin gave four awards to the students with the highest success of the specialties: Engineering Design and Technology of Wood and Furniture.

For the second time, students are awarded a special visit related to the specifics of their education, namely a visit to upcoming international exhibitions.

The chairman also announced that BCWFI will finance the training of students from the faculty through scholarships.

Representatives of leading companies presented to the future cadres the potential of the branch.

Students exchanged contacts with company managers, designers, and graduate students.
